Orange Theory workout today’s Intel – 01/29/2024 Wednesday– 60 minutes (2G)

Wednesday 29 January 2025 – 2G 60 minutes

Floor:

Block 1

  • Trx Single leg squat, 4 each (I think?)
  • Forward lunge with single dumbbell rotation, 8 total
  • Repeat until time

Block 2

  • Single dumbbell deadlift x8
  • Wide bridge with dumbbell x8
  • Repeat until time

Block 3

  • Trx Lat pull down x 8 (my coach said this one’s a new one, coachingotf on IG has a great demo of this)
  • High plank dumbbell alt low row, 8 total
  • Repeat until time

Block 4

  • Alt dumbbell squat to raise, 4 each side
  • 150m row
  • Repeat until time

Finisher

1 min of either squat to raise or row, your choice

Treads:

  • 4 or 5 mins each block, increase speed by 0.2-0.5 every minute (I workout in kms, not sure of the figures for miles!)
  • 1.5 minute walking recovery between each block

Finisher:

1 min all out
