Floor:
Block 1
- Trx Single leg squat, 4 each (I think?)
- Forward lunge with single dumbbell rotation, 8 total
- Repeat until time
Block 2
- Single dumbbell deadlift x8
- Wide bridge with dumbbell x8
- Repeat until time
Block 3
- Trx Lat pull down x 8 (my coach said this one’s a new one, coachingotf on IG has a great demo of this)
- High plank dumbbell alt low row, 8 total
- Repeat until time
Block 4
- Alt dumbbell squat to raise, 4 each side
- 150m row
- Repeat until time
Finisher
1 min of either squat to raise or row, your choice
Treads:
- 4 or 5 mins each block, increase speed by 0.2-0.5 every minute (I workout in kms, not sure of the figures for miles!)
- 1.5 minute walking recovery between each block
Finisher:
1 min all out
