How Do I See My Local Orangetheory Studio Class Schedule?
Luckily for you, I have simplified the process as shown below;
- First, you must download and install the Orangetheory app on your phone.
- You can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Once you’ve installed the Orangetheory app, you can create your account for free. If you need help creating an account for the first time, click here.
- After completing creating an account, you will set up your home studio Via tap on “choose home studio.”
- You will find your local home studio, then set home studio.
- After the procedure, you will see the (+) button below the app. Tap on the (+) button.
- Next, you will see a 30-day class schedule that your studio has prepared.
- Then, you can book the classes that suit your schedule and preference.
Nonetheless, Orangetheory studios have a first-come-first-serve basis. Therefore, selecting and booking your classes as soon as you see the new schedule is best.
How Do I Book an Orangetheory Class?
To book your Orangetheory class you will need the Orangetheory Fitness mobile application, you will be able to download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Types of Orangetheory Classes

2. Orange 3G: Similarly, “3G” means “three groups.” These classes divide members into three groups: one on the treadmill, one on the weight floor, and one on the rowers. Like the 2G, each group has 12 members, but with three groups, there are 36 people in the class. This class also runs for 60 minutes.
3. Strength 50: This 50-minute class focuses on weightlifting to help you build strength and tone your muscles. You’ll work through a series of weightlifting exercises, like squats, deadlifts, and presses.
4. Tread 50: The Tread 50 class gives you a full 50 minutes of continuous treadmill work (though you can choose a bike or strider instead). There are no switching stations, no rowing, and no weightlifting. It’s a chance to really boost your cardio and stamina.
5. Orange 90: For those who want an extra challenge, the Orange 90 class is a longer, 90-minute workout. It offers extended periods at each station, including the treadmill, rower, and weight floor, for a more intense session.
Are All Orangetheory Studios’ Classes the Same Each Day?
Actually, weekends like Saturday and Sunday are often less busy at many Orangetheory studios. Some studios might also have lighter schedules on alternating days, like Tuesdays and Thursdays, compared to Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
Most studios schedule classes in both the mornings and evenings, with the number of classes depending on how busy the studio gets. You might see 3 to 4 classes in the morning and another 3 in the evening.
Beyond the regular schedule, Orangetheory also hosts special events, milestones, and challenges that can affect the daily schedule. These events include things like Capture the Flag, Orangetheory Inferno, and the Orangetheory Everest Challenge.
